You must have: a friendly & helpful attitude, patience, and a real smile in your voice. Show care and compassion for our customers and especially their callers. There is no better way to be part of our team than to come to work on time! Dependability tells your co-workers and clients that you care, and in our environment, that is very important.
Since communication is at the core of everything we do, our employees must exhibit excellent written and oral skills. You must have a clear speaking voice with very little accent, as we speak with people of all nationalities, and they must be able to easily understand you. Your keyboard typing speed should be a minimum of 35 words per minute and you must be reasonably comfortable with a computer and the internet.
Finally, you must be able to follow detailed instructions as each account is customized with its own protocol. We will ask you for your hours of availability, and you must be flexible about a schedule within those hours.
